This high-impact, twice-a-week program combines advanced softball skill development with structured strength and performance training, mirroring the way elite athletes train at the next level.
Each session is strategically designed for maximum efficiency and performance:
45 minutes of softball skill development — hitting, defensive work, throwing mechanics, and position-specific training
45 minutes of strength, speed & conditioning — focused on building power, explosiveness, quickness, and overall athleticism
Athletes will train in a fast-paced, competitive environment that challenges them to push beyond their comfort zone. Every drill, rep, and movement is intentional - designed to translate directly to game performance.
This is more than a camp, it’s a system. One that builds stronger, faster, more confident athletes who are prepared to compete at the varsity, club, and collegiate levels.
