Get ready to level up this summer! Our Middle School Strength, Speed & Softball Skills Series is designed to help athletes build confidence, improve performance, and have fun competing with others.
This twice-a-week camp focuses on developing a strong athletic foundation through:
Strength training (age-appropriate and technique-focused)
Speed & agility work (quickness, explosiveness, and footwork)
Softball skill development (hitting, fielding, throwing mechanics, and game IQ)
Athletes will be coached in a high-energy, positive environment that emphasizes proper mechanics, work ethic, and growth, both on and off the field. Whether your player is preparing for the next season or just getting started, this camp is built to help them improve and stand out.
Dates: Tuesday/Thursday - June 16-July 9
Ages: All athletes entering or in Middle School
